Emily Scott, Chef Patron of the St Tudy Inn near Wadebridge, shares her secrets for living the good life in North Cornwall!
One of Cornwall’s many high achievers in the culinary world, Emily Scott has a string of accolades to her name, most recently an appearance on the Great British Menu, where she put heart and soul into her stunning Desert Island Dishes.
She has twice been included in the ground-breaking list, 100 Most Influential Women In Hospitality published by CODE, and the St Tudy Inn has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2017.
Emily’s seasonal, elegant dishes have won her a loyal following at the atmospheric old village pub, set amidst peaceful Cornish countryside. The Inn has been sensitively renovated with the addition of four tastefully appointed and luxurious bedrooms. Emily lives a busy life, juggling the social lives of her three teenagers, leading her kitchen team and overseeing every aspect of the business.
