Finally we have the large Family Bathroom on the corner of the property which has a corner cubicle with electric shower and a panelled bath plus a pedestal wash hand basin.

Next door is a separate cloak room with WC and wash hand basin . . . just what you need so you don’t have to disturb people in the bathroom!!

Above the staircase is a trap door to the attic which is an extremely large space with windows which may be suitable for conversion with the relevant planning permissions.

Now for the shop . . .

At the bottom of the staircase on your left is a door which at present the shop has been using as a changing room. Then a further door leads you into the shop.

The shop is L-shaped with a built in wooden counter, slatted wall shelving. The contents would be available on a separate negotiation.

Around the corner the present owners have an ice-cream counter with a room behind with stainless steel sink and further storage space.
