Enter the property through the chunky soft blue painted front door straight into the sitting room which is a vision in black and lime! A beautifully modern and comfortable space with two squashy leather sofas with a selection of printed cushions and a mohair throw.

Stylish black wooden furniture includes a coffee table and a smart chunky dining table and four matching chairs and there is also a funky electric wall mounted fire. Lovely! A flat screen LCD TV with DVD & Freeview, iPod docking station and CD player are provided for your entertainment.

A doorway leads into the kitchen which is super modern with warm cherry units topped off with black marble effect worktops. It is well kitted out with a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and a washing machine. There is of course everything you could possibly need in the way of crockery and other kitchen essentials!

A stable door leads out to a lovely decked sunny courtyard with a bistro table and chairs. Just right for sitting out, glass in hand!

From the sitting room a hallway leads to the two double bedrooms. The generous master bedroom is at the front of the property and is styled in chocolate tones with a hint of duck egg blue. This fits well with the contemporary oak furniture including a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with a mirror on the wall. Matching bedside tables and lamps finish things off perfectly!
